Pressure Cooker!

Hi Food Lovers, I just bought a pressure cooker for the first time. I have been wanting this for so long and I am very excited to try new recipes on this cooker! Would anyone suggest great recipes using a pressure cooker? Any success stories? Or, any blow-up stories?

Permalink Reply by Mrs.W on May 18, 2009 at 8:02am: I love my pressure-cooker, but I must admit to using it mainly for cooking meat that's rock-solid frozen. It's definitely a time-saver--there's nothing better than getting fork-shreddable meat in 20 minutes right from the freezer!

I've read that people use it for numerous recipes, and I even bought a PC cookbook for new experiments... just haven't tried them yet.; ▶ Reply to This
