By day, I'm a sassy Mom of 2 great kids. At nap time, I take on my alter ego of Great Cooks Food Blogger. Desperately photographing food to make the masses drool, writing about meals busy families can prepare, then reheating my creations to serve up to my own family. After I change back into my normal attire, of course.

I consider either Pasta & vegetables or Tex-Mex EVERYDAY for supper.

When I first started online, a lot of it was very intimidating for me, & I guess sometimes it still is! Anyway, thank you so much for commenting on my Food Frenzie Fifty Nifty cookbooks. I used Morris Press Cookbooks. Had to pay to have the books made & it is up to me to sell them. If you haven't published any books yet, I wish you good luck. There are a lot of good options out there.I am hoping to make several more, but for now I am concentrating working with my recipes online & I am also working on another site that focuses on my community.
