Strawberry Banana Nut Cake

* 2 pkgs (6.4oz. each) banana nut muffin mix
* 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1 cup sliced strawberries


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray an 8 x 11 baking dish with non-stick spray
3. In a bowl mix muffin mix, butter, eggs and sour cream
4. Spread evenly into baking pan
5. Arrange strawberries on top of cake
6. Bake 40 min. or until tooth pick inserted n the center comes out clean

Apple Dumplin Cobbler

* 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, sliced into 8 equal slices (16 total)
* 1 tube flaky cinnamon twists (8 count) with icing
* 3/4 cup water
* 1/2 stick butter
* 3/4 cup sugar


Directions

1. Separate each "twist"
2. On a sheet of waxed paper using your fingers or a spoon press each flat (will be about twice their width)
3. Cut each twist in half
4. Wrap each piece of apple with twist
5. Place in rows in a 9 x 9 baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
6. Bring to a boil sugar, water and butter.… Continue
