
This is a batch of lovely rhubarb I brought home from Dev's parents' garden this weekend.
There's a rhubarb-raspberry pie in my oven right now, and as soon as I get over the trauma of making the crust from scratch, I'll do a post on it.
There is also a batch of rhubarb-strawberry jam in the works for later in the summer.
How could I live to be 40 and not eat this before???
