On the go CUP-Cakes

I made some CUP Cakes the other day ... I wanted to see if I could create something that kids or adults for that matter, could eat on the run, litterally! So I made triple chocolate cupcakes (they have milk, semi sweet and white chips in them), split them in half, put the cupcake bottom in a plastic drink cup, added a layer of Nutella, added teh cupcake top, frosted the top with chocolate fudge buttercream and added various chocolate toppings. Those cute containers of ice cream toppings work really nice :) After I took this picture I covered the top with plastic wrap and tied a fork to the glass. It was an instant hit :)

I also found that hot drink carriers work well for transporting them :) The possibilities are endless and the crumbs are contained!!!
