My name is Suparna n i'm delighted 2 b a part of dis elite community. I'm orwas a professional chef for d last 10 yrs. Just quit 2 b wid my 9 monthsold daughter. I love cooking, it is my passion n my profession. so going 2 work everyday wun n not an ordeal.

Hi everyone: My name is Sandy and I am very happy to join the group - I am from the beautiful Pacific Northwest. It is pretty hot here right now. Great cooks is a great idea - and I am excited to be a part of it. Am lookin forward to talking to you all and trying new recipes. My passion is cooking and especially baking. I am at the moment trying to perfect braiding bread dough such as in Challah and such. I love trying new things.

Welcome, Sandy! The Pacific NW is one of my favorite places. It usually isn't very hot there, is it? I'm happy if it never goes above 70° and I love rain so I think I'd be very, very happy in Oregon.

Hello fellow foodies - I just finished reading Jill's description of the community and I absolutely love the idea of how it all works. Im a big fan of parties so I already feel like I belong. BUT! I cant party alone and want lots of friends.
I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an Associate Culinary Degree and work as a chef at a supermarket chain called Wegmans...anyone from the East here? Yeah, you know what Wegmans is then, and how much like heaven it is!!! (So many peoples happy place...)
Anyway, I do food demonstrations and cooking classes at wegmans as well as work in a prepared foods kitchen with lots of core recipes. The exposure is amazing. On the side, I am also a freelance caterer and working toward a bachelor's degree in Hospitality administration. Other than that, I run and I eat. Story of my life...

I'm Dave Curlee. I'm the creator and Executive Producer of RealcookN.tv, a recipe site and cooking show. RealcookN.tv was created by my wife and I around Christmas time in 2007.

We had decided to publish our family cookbook on the web and were inspired to create a cooking show to accompany it. Both have taken off nicely and are getting subscribers from folks all over the world.

Kat and I have been married for 14 years and have 2 daughters. We love to cook (and eat... uh oh) and really enjoy sharing recipes, food and stories with other people.

HI my name is MaryBeth, I have been on this site for a few weeks now and I must say I just love it. My sister-in-law Cheryl has a cooking blog and told me and my husband that we should try it also so we did. Then she invited me to join Great Cooks Community, I love looking at everyone's sites and having friends all over the world. Thanks to everyone for being so nice and friendly.
