Favorite Foods:: Almost any Italian Cuisine, good 'ol Southern cooking, most seafood, some Asian, some Greek, and a good steak!

Who are your favorite chefs/cooks?: My most favorite chefs are those I've found on the 'net, many of whom are much more creative than the 'famous' chefs.

About Me:: I am a trained chef, and own my own catering company. Cooking is a true passion of mine, professionally, as well as personally. I am happiest in the kitchen, and always excited to try new recipes and expand my food horizons. I also enjoy blogging, gardening, reading, and spending time with my 3 wonderful dogs, and even more wonderful hubby. ;-)

Tonight was movie night at our house, and I wanted to fix a great (but easy) 'hands on' dinner for us to eat while we watched a long-awaited movie. The movie was a bit of a disappointment, but these little pizzas received two thumbs up! See the recipe here...

It's A Wrap!

With the onset of warmer weather, I'm all about 'lighter' meals, especially one I can munch on while doing almost any other task, be it reading, writing, driving,(oops, not so safe, say the 'driving police', lol) or taking a walk. Wraps are my new favorite, and I'm finding some delicious recipes!
