Who says that a romantic dinner has to be with strawberry and champagne? This deLIGHTed recipe goes straight into the books of romantic recipes here in our house. Servings: 2 Lets start by chopping the end of the wing bone by ½ cm. We do this, so that we can remove some of the meat around the bone and place the bone, first through the meat and then out through the skin, making it look like a small "ball" with a stick in it.
